I was feeling mostly okay about the note until I got that reaction...I'm just in a place where I'm examining everything in my portfolio and asking questions about whether I'm getting the best return that I could.

People think of heaven as this happy place where you see all your friends, yada yada but that is only a reaction to the fiery evil Hell image that has been created.

My first reaction was No S***!

I wonder why I don't see a reaction from any Black folks here?

I know the knee jerk reaction is the banks tightened up their credit profiles and it is just "tough", however there is still a reason (underlying underwriting guideline) which functions as the core reason for turn down.

Also looking to see their reaction to certain parts of Milwaukee county where I hold my rentals- some PM's prefer specific parts of town- takes a different management style depending on the tenant base. 

In my younger years, it was difficult to see the systematic subtleties that overall lead to discrimination.Now that I have quite a bit of experience and have overcome quite a bit , there are even more very subtle gestures or reactions that I may find out later.ANYWAY.....
