Stay close to your broker working with you and ensure they are aware of your specific criteria.I mean you can definitely do all of the other marketing methods you mentioned for sure, no harm, but I think you are doing everything correctly especially for your first deal.

@Faraad Mohamed You can go through "Islamic" banks but most of their lending is going to be a joke because (A) they source their capital from (mostly) the same sources as other financial intermediaries , (B) calling interest a profit or service fee does not change the underlying substance of the transaction and (C) servicing/interest substitute fees are egregious which often make financing not attractive through these institutions.

It sounds like they would "have the right" to put just anyone in, and I dont have the framework in place to deal with possible behavioral, emotional or substance abuse issues that more qualified environments would offer.
