I was told by the home warranty company that the plumbing report came back as a "hair clog" in the master bath sink.  

I'm pulling my hair out, so I'm curious what seasoned investors tell you.

. :) Wear your hair in a style that makes you looks like an investment banker who's in his late 40s...not in a style that's currently "on point" for a guy your age.

& she wants to get rid of the house, just so it it out of her hair & she doesn't have the money to do any repairs to it.

While there is "hair" on this deal, those of you critiquing the so called purchase price are missing the essence of this sort of opportunity.

Junk houses are still readily available, although they seem to go more quickly, too, compared to 1-2 years ago.Besides that, I thought there is a realtors code of ethics that also says they should forward any offer they get without prejudice, including offer price, hair color, and shape of nose.
