Which, apparently the mods here thought was a bit over the top since they deleted my thread where I asked others if they thought the parody went too far.

I simply deleted the duplicates and everything was fine.

They remain on my phone until I choose to delete them, but the cloud storage is also always accessible.

You should look at every process in you business and apply this:   Automate, Delegate, or Delete.   

You replying to his agent that his offer w/ contingencies was declined, after specifically stating no contingencies would be considered, was going a step above all in of itself versus just deleting the email all-together.

I'm new to this site, so I have no idea how to delete comments yet.
