What are you guys doing to combat this?

I don't know what @John Thedford is talking about, but wholesaling is not fraudulent unless I misunderstand his statement which he would need to clarify if he wants to

This needs more coverage to combat the stereotype that landlords are all greedy and need government regulation!

Currently in Houston establishing a group of Military veterans, (as I’m a combat Vet myself) to purchase fix and holds to rent via Multi Family, Apartments, large commercial deals. 

Fellow investors or professionals,With the recent news of a failed NR-3 zoning which would have aided in combatting Cheyenne, WY demand for housing with young professionals, how do y'all think this impacts the market demands.

What strategies or creative ways are you doing to combat increased rates in a buyers market where inventory is historically low? 

If they think you’re doing this intentionally, and think you are being not truthful, or being fraudulent, they will find out.

So when you approach this start by getting a great working relationship with the listing agent that is a cooperative and not combative relationship.  

We have taken over more than a dozen properties previously managed by them and it’s really insane and down right fraudulent what they are doing.

To combat this, you can offer them a commission incentive to actively participate in the sale and tell buyers how wonderful a property it is.
