It's also FDIC insured up to $250k so no worries there.I have a portion of my paychecks deposited directly into the HYSA and just keep enough in my normal checking account to pay for my rent, student loans, credit card payments (for CC's always pay on time and in full).

I know a number of landlords who do this and don't have to pay a fee.If you step up your own website and payment portal you will have to pay CC and/or ACH fees.

@Alan Johnson this was after tax time 2years ago and I just threw it on a zero percent CC ,when that expires move to another and been paying 750-1000 a month.

I know many gurus will suck you into putting the course on your CC and claim you will pay it back when you do your first deal or a few of them.. but how are you realistically going to do a first deal if your in CC debt and have no cash ?
