What apps or resources are other investors/wholesalers utilizing to save time and make their tasks/processes more efficient?

What are the best apps to use for a general all around app that has the most regarding leases and paperwork for new renters, tax organizing and property profit statistics and any other aspects of owning a rental.

@fred moskowitz suggestion I also downloaded an HP12C app to my phone as I understand it'll be needed to practice some of the financial exercises.

I usually have that chat on a prospect by prospect basis ("we do a full credit, criminal, eviction check in our app process, if you think there's something in there that might come up when we process your app, just let us know.

There are also some software and Apps that do a lot to automate the management aspect as you continue to scale.Collin
