Hi everyone, I am a newcomer to investing in general and as such have been trying to familiarize myself with all forms of investments that deal with real estate.  A week ago I learned about the concept of note investing and wanted to ask you all if there is any book recommendations that you might have.

Cheers!

@Jason Heinze there are many avenues and niches within the realm of note investing. I suggest that you start with the grandfather of note investing, Jimmy Napier. This will give you a good overview to the business and teach you analysis skills using a financial calculator. Check out the book "Invest In Debt" by Jimmy Napier.

Good luck!!
