Hello all,So I built an ADU on my property in Socal, my initial idea was to airbnb the unit as I live very close to an international airport and I thought this would be a good approach. 

Did you know were the Central Park airport was, I lived one block from it.

It's right in the middle of metro area, close to airports, highways, community colleges, etc.  

I live on 59 N and the beltway close to the airport as well.

I've found that houses in the Morrow and Ellenwood section of the county make better rentals than houses near Hartsfield Jackson International Airport.

And there is a lot of restricted residential zoning near airport.

Other things like population growth, unemployment statistics, job growth, public transit, avg vacancy rates, transportation options (hwy, subway, buses, trains, airport) and proximity to each of those.

I work at the airport in Richmond Heights, and live in Willoughby, so I know the area well.

If you are looking at Phoenix I would recommend looking at the east valley, with the new airport, the Apple plant and some major housing developments there is a lot going on here.

The phoenix Messa Gateway Airport brings in lots of visitors from cold weather areas.
