The landlord has $2000 from us in security deposit.We are moving out by the end of May, and my concern is that they may falsely charge us for damages or things that were not done by us and I need to safeguard my interest.

My concern in addition is that you ended up learning nothing through handing it off to someone else which is fine.

Once you have scaled up a bit and have some hard and fast procedures in place you can take what you like about the state form and then add in what you would like it to say concerning your specific processes and procedures, write all that down and send it to a lawyer to bless. 

If they are unprofessional or use foul language your only response should be "unprofessional/foul language makes it difficult to understand your concerns.

I appreciate the concern but it’s honestly not that big of a hassle in my opinion, and by me bringing it to BP folks for ideas, I am truly interested in pursuing for my business.

I am concerned the area I purchased in 32148 won't see as much appreciation compared  to a purchase in another surrounding county.

I've noticed a concerning trend: every time I generously offer valuable insights and knowledge, someone else swoops in offering the same information but with a price tag attached.

I'm curious to know if anyone has ever been presented with a deal like this before and if so, are you still concerned with the market conditions in that market even though you have more control? 

Obviously I know that I'm dealing with a wet basement etc but I'm more concerned from a liability standpoint.
