The landlord has $2000 from us in security deposit.We are moving out by the end of May, and my concern is that they may falsely charge us for damages or things that were not done by us and I need to safeguard my interest.

Once you have scaled up a bit and have some hard and fast procedures in place you can take what you like about the state form and then add in what you would like it to say concerning your specific processes and procedures, write all that down and send it to a lawyer to bless.

Obviously I know that I'm dealing with a wet basement etc but I'm more concerned from a liability standpoint.
