I wonder what they'd think of a half-dozen wooden RV's tethered together on a patch of asphalt. 

A seasoned property manager could  dispassionately look at that and say ‘it’s an easy clean up, at least it wasn’t wine or chocolate on the carpet.’

And leave a bottle of wine for each guest.

House has wooden floors on which i can see signs pee which has turned black over time. 

The inspection found many many minor problems (like bad outlets, dangerous branches to trim, little minor cracks here and there following concrete blocks but all normal stuff, no diagonal stuff)  and 1 major problem, i.e. a couple of rotten/wet wooden beam and wooden floor plank in the crawl space, probably a few thousands dollars (2000-3000) to fix/them, no big deal. 

Apparently honey and vintage wines hold their value over the centuries, even better than gold and land.  

It is usually based on 10% of the final wining bid price.

wine country is classic supply demand.. and other than the traffic these days what a great place to live..

Do not cater to them, make no effort to appease their wining and make it clear the place was rented as is and they need to adjust.

I guess lots of green tea and wine this weekend.
