If I spend X amount of time not just getting licensed as a real estate agent, but also the time per deal to draft contracts and negotiate terms, and it saved me Z amount of money.. then does Z divided by X equate to what I could make per hour if I just focused on helping people qualify for loans?

What I mean here is the A to Z note course that teaches you all the basics and many nuances of note investing.

I agree with @Martin Z., while loopnet often has a lot of dead deals that aren't going anywhere listed, it also provides a lot of great historical deal info.

Newer one's have more electronic part's issues and same thing, order a replacement and stick it on a shelf, e-z.
