You go over a LOT of information, and having it fresh will definitely help you pass the tests.This should help you choose a school:A-Z list of classes from the state of NJ*Easy to navigate Weichert classes**Note - the hosting brokers are not allowed to advertise their brokerage to you during class time, so the material will be the same regardless of what class you take.Or just Google it, that's how I found the Princeton School of Real Estate, which is where I took the course.

Rising utility rates are felt by EVERYONE, so if your home is the one home on the block with solar both your Millennial and Gen Z buyers and renters will both be interested due to the energy savings plus the fact that most younger generations are also interested in going green, especially in the DMV area.

If I spend X amount of time not just getting licensed as a real estate agent, but also the time per deal to draft contracts and negotiate terms, and it saved me Z amount of money.. then does Z divided by X equate to what I could make per hour if I just focused on helping people qualify for loans?

I agree with @Martin Z., while loopnet often has a lot of dead deals that aren't going anywhere listed, it also provides a lot of great historical deal info.
