My husband and I plan to live in one unit and rent out the other.I am hoping to get to know other investors in and outside of the Western Massachusetts area.

Well currently I'm CS Executive Student (a professional course from The INSTITUTE OF COMPANY SECRETARIES of India) and also I'm engaged in a Network Marketing business.

As an FYI, Idaho is a non-disclosure state when it comes to sale prices, not sure if Massachusetts is the same.   

The property is in MA.

I am looking in Massachusetts so we have a lot of older properties, some of which are redone and look very nice and rentable but I worry about dealing with maintenance issues that come with older properties.

In MA permits don't mean anything (there is a minimum of liability but no bonding) so the only thing towns use it for is to send the assessor out when you pull the permit to bump your taxes.

I just started investing in real estate and I bought my first house hack in the Boston, MA area.

I know that most institutions want their money ASAP.
