I have actually found this to be a good experience with the new tenants as they see what a transformation it was and gain some confidence in your abilities.

I agree with @Dana Bull on how Salem is transforming and we have benefited financially from that growth on all of our condo conversions.

Again, this "lien" did not somehow transform into a lien on the real property, from what I understand.Will be interesting to hear how this plays out.

We will be closing on 2 rentals end of month and we have been working on one currently...the transformation is sooo exciting to see!!
