Thanks, after research, it looks like FNMA keeps the mortgages in something called an MBS trust, then writes securities off those trusts.

You could ask your accountant about options for bonus depreciation or possibly updating the properties in order to receive depreciation deductions or write-offs for repairs, maintenance, etc.

you don't just go to a website, write in some numbers and poof, get a proof of funds. you need to speak with a mortgage officer to go through your income, assets, debt, etc. and see if you qualify for it.

@Stephen Bruce Tenant leaves system for free agreed to in writing by both parties or tenant removes the system and returns property to move in condition.If the systems stays, the next tenant can use as-is.
