They told me nothing but the guy was a youngish doctor and he was having trouble getting a practice established but had been offered a teaching position at a medical school back east.

But that's just me .. many different styles out there.Oh and if you buy in the area of Crystal City and Amazon HQ2 lands around there, that would be awesome lol.

You can't teach him how behave like a responsible adult, so conversation here will be unproductive.

If not, you can search on google to find prices, colors, styles, and sizes.

Still, I don't know much but everything I do know I am willing to share and teach so please do not hesitate to ask any questions if it is within my ability I would gladly teach everything I know.

Most of the windows still seem to be intact but have a lot of cosmetic issues and the style is also quite outdated. 

I also have a huge passion for helping and teaching others the knowledge that I have got in the past two years to help people like me get into real estate and start to create financial freedom.
