Is it reliable and accurate?  

Stuff 1: Putting together a good and reliable team for your first out of state purchase is daunting.Stuff 2: Most turn key providers are sucking up every bit of equity in exchange for a break-even property at best that will still likely need some help in the near future because of rehab shortcuts and location. 

It is a proven reliable method for getting rich slowly.

Looking for a reliable handyman to tackle some projects for me.

One, because finding people in my market to do good reliable work is challenging at best, even without the additional dynamic of a short time window for the work needing completion (i.e. turnovers with vacancy / occupation taking place 24 hours apart). 

Please share if you know of a reliable contractor who isn't going to charge double what the job entails.

I have chosen these windows almost purely on cost and availability from the home store I frequent.The first deal was sold as a flip, so long term reliability wasn't that high on the list.
