I had a fairly sophisticated model i was launching back in 2010 ish.. and Contacted them.They were just to quick to approve  me conditionally all I need to do was send 10k for due diligence.. they simply did not ask the right questions or enough of them..

@Steve Morris, I agree with you that there are a few realtors that know how to do more sophisticated seller/bueyr solutions but most don't.
