It reminds me of the landlord next to one of my properties, I see him out there once and a while pickign through the tenants trash, gloves and face mask on, opening trash bag after bag, pickign out the various cans and recyclables, so proud of himself and all the $ "those tenants are just throwing away".

Last house that I rehabbed, got somebody to take the furniture, got somebody else to take the scrap metal to recycle, and still got THREE 30 yard dumpters out of the house.There was no cars, vehicles, cash, jewelry, antiques, guns, or much of any value!
