PM if you're still in this space

. - The largest and most powerful rocket just went into space.

You're investing there, paying taxes, making friends, bringing your friends and hoping to create a safe space for others to visit where the people on the other end of the line live full time. 

You may not like the space so it may be better to put your foot in the water first.

A high DTI does not necessarily reflect savings or equity or other factors that might exist that I may choose to keep private in this space. 

I graduated from the four-unit space years ago, but there are not THAT many big deals in the Chicago market.

I also have a contracting/remodeling background (mostly custom kitchens & baths) in CT, and am finally delving into the REI space too.
