We have a PM and communicate wiht them. when we did not have one long ago we did not have any app or anything. we had them pay online or mail a check and put $ in quickbooks and if there was an issue they would call or email us.

Will this trend continue, plateau or reverse course?

I’m here to connect and get some honest insights—not just a sales pitch—so if anyone has tips on properties or areas with good potential for appreciation and tax advantages, please let me know!

They told me "So far still overall optimistic, but of course not without its hurdles.

I'd say the quality of leads vs other online sources has been and still is pretty good. 

I would have a conversation with the tenant to see if they know what they are doing, allow for inspections and impress upon them that if anything does link I want a call asap.And of course - charge a pet rent.

I know it will lead to a breakthrough at some point but any tips or success stories would help.
