Maybe all in the year of the purchase (expenses), maybe spread out over multiple years (capital purchases.)If the C-corp did trading (I assume you mean stocks or currency or some other financial instrument), I'm not sure if they can claim the re-invested money was a deduction or not.

For these types of investments the return is specified when you buy the instrument and the return and principal are almost 100% guaranteed.

Had you actually paid off the first lien, because those first liens jeopardize your lien position, prior to filing, then you would have a potential claim within the rights of your security instrument to include those funds.

Not common and a trust is a better instrument when talking about your personal property such as a house, but not going to say holding personal residence is a complete waste of time but generally there are better ways to accomplish the goals outside of an LLC.
