I simplified things in my STR by using one wall color throughout (light gray), and one trim color (off white).

Right now I have about half a small 2BR 1B place with oak looking pergo. 1 box of gray(ish) that I just used for a unit and none extra for a 4 plex I bought last April.

@Chris Sullens The paint we used was Sherwin Williams.Inside Walls - Zircon SW-7667Accent Walls - Web Grey SW-7075Outside - Summit Gray SW-7669Inside Trim - Bright White We bought a ton of sample to finally get to these colors and so glad we did.

End row home, LOTS of nicotine, old carpet, old everything.... the unit has lots of gray paneling (covered in nicotine)... thought about cleaning then painting said paneling as the WHOLE HOUSE (think 5 br, lr, dr, kit) has it..... the only places that don't are the bathroom and basement.

Fannie and Freddie have caught on to this type of loan being abused by investors and the last thing you want is to get into gray areas that then turn into red areas that then turn into mortgage fraud.
