I was having problems mitigating a roach problem in adjacent unit, and the reason i finally realized her less than desirable living habits were creating a roach breeding mega heaven, and incidentally discovered the above mentioned stuff...any small crack or hole in by an electrical outlet plate, had the most vile and gross path of roach feces, full on super highway paths of roach feces into any possible wall void.YUCK!!!

Bot otherwise, it's generally not harmful unless disturbed.They also make concrete replacement tiles (widely available at Home Depot) that enable you to replace individual tiles that break.

Foreign investor who had been paying cash have slowed down quite a bit.. with many buying in your area frankly and other very tough rental markets and being sold crap properties for high prices and getting totally burned.. so they are much more cautious these days. 3. now that investor loans are back on the table investors are returning to pre 08 habits of obtaining debt when they can get it so they can leverage up...

When talking with realtors about staging my empty rental, none approved much staging, a few said no to all staging, a few thought a few pieces would be good, while others disagreed, saying that a few pieces would do more harm than good.

I am thinking of a couple of options1. just paying the amount (~20$/month) for using the space heater if I need to in any particular month2. sending them legal documents (http://legaldocspro.net/blog/warranty-of-habitability-in-california/, http://www.hcd.ca.gov/codes/state-housing-law/hcc/hcc_ap2.pdf, )3. moving out, and getting another placeMoving out is going to be a pain, so I am thinking of either 1 or 2.

I've also made it a habit to ask sellers that I'm working with on an existing deal if they have other properties they are thinking about selling in the future.
