I will be taking a little pause (about 3 months off) around Christmas or New Years for the birth of my first child and for some stuff I need to do professionally, but I plan on getting back at it next summer and having those 2 units completely up and running by the beginning of May 2018.
Mark Alex what exactly is auction.com
12 September 2016 | 15 replies
Auction.com is hired by banks to sell assets to highest bidder through quasi on line auctions.in some states LIke Alabama they are actually the criers at the public court house auction.. if not sold there then those assets are brought into the loss mit departments then listed with auction to be sold on line at some point in the future.I like it as they require actual money to buy this stuff as in you need healthy deposits and REAL POF's and you can't assign contracts etc.. so it mitigates competition with the no money wholesalers that are out there by the millions  LOL..
Mark Stone RE tax questions from a noob

My current employer does offer some matching though so thought it was always best to at least capture this, not to mention my employer only lets me contribute up to about $8k towards my 401k.And yes John it seems kind of silly of me, but I work enough as it is at my current job, so when I pick up extra shifts I don't want to do so unless I am getting a decent amount more than base pay as opposed to my calculation of 1.1x base, otherwise I rather spend that time doing different stuff I enjoy like learning about real estate lol (which if it isn't apparent I have much to learn). Thanks again!
