Yield in an asset, including real eatate, is a function of the markets perceived view of risk in the asset and market.DC, and Arlington, are amongst the lowest risk markets in the entire country, and thus will have incredibly low yields on purchase.Part of that risk profile though is how much future appreciation and rent growth are anticipated in said markets.

I dont know the reason but i assume it was so they wont lose it.Now my question is, is there anyway I can take out any more equity loans in the house so I can renovate fully and sell for a much higher price, can probably pull 3.5 for a fully functional higher end house.Is this even worth perusing or should I not touch this with a ten foot pole.Thanks all, looking forward for your expertise

You may need to modify the flow as well if the property is not functional as a single family home due to the problem with flow you refer to.

More importantly, egress window with certain operable area requirements and a sill height of no more than 44" from finished floor.In my specific village, add to the above minimum of 150 sq ft.Finally, as others mentioned, legally having a bedroom and functionally having a bedroom can be vastly different.
