Remove your food from fridge and freezer. 

This was rented out as furnished house with fridge and furniture.

The oven needs to be replaced now because it doesn’t work well but the fridge, dishwasher and microwave all work fine.

A soda machine weighs 5x as much as a fridge, and I can see how a person can be trapped underneath one.

I like the Tomcat brand, and so do the mice, yum-yum..Put them underneath the foundations, behind the fridge, underneath the kitchen sink cabinet (you can probably slip them down where the drain goes through the base of the cabinet), behind the stove, and in the attic.Pets, unfortunately, also think they are yum-yum, so if there are pets in the house, go down to the dime store and buy plastic storage boxes about the size of a shoe box.

I've bought three stoves, two fridges, & one dishwasher on Craigslist at great prices, and have only had one issue with the dishwasher.

She also got some killer deals on appliances, a free Samsung Convection oven(wifes favorite saying is "free is always in the budget", this probably saved me $500, got a Kenmore microwave for $40, Dishwasher for $125, and a fridge for $300, obviously all used but in great condition.

Now if your city has adopted NEC 2017 then ALL circuits including the fridge/mircowave will need to be on those same breakers. 

I had the stove and fridge break as well as the roof leak within the first year.
