@Cole Evans IN FLA I would just find a good resi broker.. that's all you need.. find a home that has been owner occ... one you can do an inspection on .. then hand it over to a PM.. no need to go the turn key route.. other than the JWB in Jacksonville that has a steller rep.. you can contact them direct or look at turn key reviews for reviews of them.. but if your looking in other areas of FLA.. then I think as stated just find a good resi realtor.. buy a home that someone has lived in and loved..
