It's always good to diversify; being exposed to a different currency, a more stable marketplace etc - as long as you know what you are doing, you are being realistic and ready for some adventure in life:-)

Unless we move to Milwaukee like that other post where dudes made up their own currency.

My friends say buy crypto that it is the best investment right now, I personally don't understand it but they are making more there than in their real estate businesses. 

Currency risk, the chance of being sued, finding a good team (especially a good property manager), not knowing the market in terms of good areas/streets to purchase within, having to rely on others people’s opinions to a certain degree (e.g real estate agents), and the general risk of distance – if something goes seriously wrong, not being able to be there in times of need.

I decided (thankfully) to move it out of crypto currency and into my specialty, rentals.

Money (currency) is made in your mind.

Imagine what the current market would look like if the fed wasn't pegged @0% and the base currency hadn't experienced a 400% increase.

In my experience it seems like Real Estate is almost as hot of an investment class as its been in years, second only to Bitcoin/Crypto Currency, this creates its own unique set of issues with the newbies looking for a get rich quick scheme.

Knowledge is the new Currency.

At one you need 100% of your purchase price within 5 minutes.One place doesn't take cash, I thought US currency was good everywhere in the country.Another place won't take either personal or business checks.
