It seems as if everyone has an opinion ;)...I have looked through countless spreadsheets of historical data to average those numbers.

I've helped countless people off BiggerPockets - and the reason I do so, is because my good friend from high school (who has been on a podcast and knows @Brandon Turner personally) lead me to this website when I knew nothing.

So many of the meetings would revolve around a developer saying yes or no to design options that took countless hours of work.

Over the past 8 months, I have read countless books, listened to the BP podcasts daily, attended sebinars, webinars, REIAs, etc. and now feel comfortable to start learning first-hand. 

At the end of the day, a business degree is useful in countless careers and is extremely useful for running a business.

We charge a nominal fee that is the actual cost of the processing, the fee also acts as an additional layer of efficiency, as less serious or unqualified applicants will avoid the process because they cannot pay the fee, this is not always the case but it certainly has an impact, savings countless hours.

Now when we have vacancies, I don't have to spend hours on the phone pre-screening countless individuals. 

It has saved me countless hours throughout the month.

Lots of people think rent-by-room is "the" strategy for traveling medical professionals but I can tell you from countless interactions, it is definitely not the preference of MOST travelers.

I've worked with countless contractors that have no problem doing this process.
