LOLit's kinda similar like vc investment, who is leading the investment it is interesting...... no one should invest just because i say so or I have invested with a certain syndicator.. appreciate the kind words but investors need to figure this out for themselves.

Appraisals aren't guarantees of market value, so unless you can prove some kind of fraud here you're going to be out of luck.

So while 50k is probably enough to get you started in real estate, it is nowhere close to being capable of generating that kind of reliable income without serious growth.  

Additionally, the seller won’t provide the financials, so how do you know it’s any kind of “deal”.
