.- Add an air vent in unfinished area of basement, since we replaced furnace, and HVAC installer didn't put one in.- Biggest one was add handrail along retaining wall next to driveway, since there was also a sidewalk next to retaining wall and drop was over 30".

Will turn home into either an Air B&B or long term rental in Summer 2022 after our son graduates HS.
