I didn't read ALL the responses, but the OP also needs to know that in general real estate "law", the SELLER has NO obligation to even acknowledge your offer.

The property management company renting that house had me sign a “Sight Unseen” addendum to the lease, essentially acknowledging that they did their best to accurately describe the property and that they were not liable if I chose not to personally visit/inspect the property before signing the lease and instead decided to rent it “sight unseen”.

It says The tenant agrees to pay for any damage to plumbing caused by freezing or any neglect....neglect would likely fall to you anyway legally, so you're just acknowledging that.

Then I respond back via email acknowledging their move out date, with the expectations required at move out (cleaning, inspection, key turn over, damage deposit return, etc).
