Potential tenant from out of state interests

I have a cabin in the woods that receives alot of snow in the winter. The sub division does get plowed at 6" of snow but does pose some difficulties. How do you deal with renters from out of state that cannot see the place for rent in person before signing the lease?

Phone video, virtual tour, FaceTime, take a Facebook Live video and post it for everyone to see, lots of photos with captions. Anything you see a good real estate broker do
