If so maybe you can continue the process as his payment went to first pay for your evictions costs and then late fee and finally rent meaning he is still behind on his rent by about $160 and continuing to accrue the late fee adding to that number.I'm not saying this is the case and obviously someone versed on local laws (lawyer) is your best source of info just trying to give you some ideas here.
