I just love real estate also and getting a chance to sit diwn with someone of your knowledge would certainly be a real treat .. 

Where I am serious is some turn key folks would probably love to pay for your detailed stats that stat lovers would like to read..

and most importantly, do you LOVE real estate. in order to perform at a high level you've gotta spend all your free time studying your market, trends, etc. if you don't love it you'll probably be able to pull down 65/70k a year, but you could earn that kind of money just punching a clock at a regular job, so is it worth it to become an agent for 70k a year?

I am an animal lover, but anti-pet when it comes to rentals.

I love real estate and am aware of al the headaches but yet am still really excited by this proposition, it s been a while since I felt this passionate about working.

I love real tile in rentals due to it's (usual) low maintenance and appearance, however they will just not work in this situation.

You might also make sure you have a limit on the number of animals at any one time, just in case these animal lovers get a little too enthusiastic...
