I have no financial interest in this company but watched a webinar of theirs and, found it was innovative that, instead of purchasing property and using it as an Air Bnb rental model for househacking purposes,they in fact simply rented a suitable place and then applied the Air Bnb model to it, using it for their personal residence if needed as well as providing rentable space for income purposes.This could be a great way to generate some significant passive income while abating your housing payment altogether, though you would not build an equity stake. 

It’s not some new innovative idea....they get at least a couple of dozen letters.

I have excellent credit score and they denied my request because I have no current income (I was 1 of 87 positions transferred to Colorado in Nov 2014.) even though I had excellent credit and own my house outright. 

(appraised at 42,500 in Nov 2015) I have been up keeping the property taxes since his death and I recently saw my half sister, (which is executor of his estate).

We went under contract and got an extended closing date for November because the current owners have had the home rented to the same tennant for 30 years with zero rent increases; and the renter leaves in Nov.
