Looks like your ready to have your own multi-million dollar system going.If you want even more liability protection and anonymity you might want to take a look into land trusts; they are actually quite simple to create once you know how.

I also suggest a drive-by so they are not unpleasantly surprised by the neighborhood when they get to the showing and just keep on driving by anonymously as I wait outside.

I do find FCIX a place that allows thorough due diligence, the ability to anonymously dialog with the seller and the admins at FCIX are there to monitor the process and ensure that all steps are completed by both parties.

An LLC is not for anonymity, it's for asset protection so when you get sued they can only go after the corporate assets and not your personal or other corporate assets.
