Hey BP, Has anyone bought from FCI or PPR in the last year? How did it turn out for you? Any mistakes you can help others avoid or tips in dealing with FCI or PPR? Thanks! Zack

We just closed a note purchase on FCIX. The dialog with the seller is one of the key components that I use to request additional info for my due diligence. As far as why they are selling their note, I don't care, it's none of my business.

I care about the integrity of the paper, the values and my ROI once the note is performing. As far as @Tim Simmons issues that is a seller issue, nothing with FCIX. If a seller cannot provide critical data for me to complete my due diligence then the seller is either sloppy or not motivated enough to find the info then I generally move on.

I do find FCIX a place that allows thorough due diligence, the ability to anonymously dialog with the seller and the admins at FCIX are there to monitor the process and ensure that all steps are completed by both parties. If they could only get some sellers with higher end assets on their sale board it would be closer to perfect........
