Wife just graduated from Dental Hygiene school and has signed with a temp agency to start work immediately while looking for a more permanent job (since she is relocating and unable to look for a job remotely).  

Good tip on bathrooms, HVAC might be centered to reduce duct runs, zoned heating and air will save you money, why heat an area not used to the same temp as your living space?

Then when no one is there I can adjust the temp to conserve energy.I also installed a Digital Watchdog Camera on the front exterior.

The temp sensors can actually be integrated into the thermostat circuit as to limit the max temp - Is it legal to cap your units at 75F max?

Interesting I have been watching some that have built 'air tight' mass walls like ICF (I dont like) to the new DOE 2012 IECC code coming to all states, that in the NE cold bitter climate zone are off the grid on solar or geo, using new electric HVAC ductless single zoned called 'minisplits' some though wish they had installed another zone or two or 'air handlers'....nice about these besides being 97% efficient is each room can be set at a different temp unlike forced air that is becoming obsolete due to low efficiency and leaky ducts in unconditioned space robing u-bills.
