I already heard many of the speakers for free.

Here's what I do daily: - drink a liter of water with a scoop of wheatgrass as soon as I wake up (this helps me get ready for the day, wakes me up and hydrates me) - do some form of exercise - ride my bike around town, run, lift weights, play basketball, etc - read something - right now I'm reading a book on TED Talks to help me become a better public speaker - look at my vision board which is a big poster on my wall, the background on my phone and the background on my laptop (it would be impossible to miss it!) 

Is it speakers, the attendees, or other? 

I went to a seminar some 20-25 years ago and the speaker made a profound statement that I remember to this day:  “You are where you are because you choose to be there.”  

These meet ups with have guest speakers and share Market Updates / trends that will impact your Real Estate Investing strategy. 

I am currently attending the STR Summit in Austin, Texas, and I just listened to guest speaker Nancy Rodriguez from Love is Blind.

Hello fellow investors I was wondering if any of you had experience using Jerry Noorden’s company (www.seoforrealestateinvestors.com) he was a speaker at BPCON in 2021.

Brother in law was hauling material in my truck also  , probably a similar thing ( i have a nissan titan with the roll down back window which is the coolest thing in the world )  Boom straight through the speaker grill.  

At 6:00, everyone arrives to network and get drinks and food before the speaker takes the front around 6:30."

(No added assets to divide down the road)I attended one of my local REIA meetings last night, and a gentleman named Tom Zeeb was the speaker.
