And I know the sentiment some investors have which is they could care less if the deal failed they got their dough they are fine.. but the poor seller is royally screwed  in a default in these scenarios.

I agree with your sentiments...but not for the same reasons exactly.

I understand and appreciate the sentiment of emotional vs. logical and am trying to toe the line.

This “companion” dog is nothing more than a sentimental pet, they failed to provided the proper documentation. 

Given a very pro-hotel bias in the government and popular anti-STR sentiment from the local community, as Lane said, it could become difficult for STR owners at some point in the future.  

Of course the discussion went into types of tattoo's (gang, artsy, sentimental).

Thank you in advance.Theres an unfortunate component to the anti STR sentiment in California, as a long time resident of the Sierras we've seen alot of bad behavior by renters.

I hate that the city has turned to a dust bowl of its former glory but to be honest I don’t actually live there so I can disconnect from that without any real sentimental attachment.
