The research shows people that owned homes are not wanting to sell due to rates in the 3s so they're "repurposing" them into STRs so there is increased supply for sure.

If you enough equity on the property, then you should be able to:a) Get the mortgage refinanced and do a cash-out, although, you may lose the rate that you currently have on it, but if the money is to be repurpose for something else that makes money, maybe it won't be so bad since techinally your tenant is paying you to pay the mortgage. b) Contact Signature FCU.

Responding to the above cliffnotes version of your post.Renter is Parking -- a classic convertible under a storage cover / running or not it's parked there.I am not seeing an exceptional amount of (junk) or a hoarder situation here.It may look unpretty, but it seems typical of what a storage unit would hold.If the lease were current I'd say you are being too pickey, and will cause a move out by trying to micro manage a non-problem just because you don't like the way it looks to your eye.One parking space leased, one parking space being used.And that car under the cover, might be worth more than yours and your grandparents cars combined.Some of those old classics have quite a price point.Just my 2 Cents.https://www.youtube.com/watch?
