Ive heard RealVolve, Salesforce, Contactually, Insightly, Market Leader, Top Producer, Rethink, Zoho, Pipedrive, Apptivo, Bitrix 24, BaseSooooooo manyWas leaning towards Contactually but doesnt integrate with our local MLS here in Los Angeles but heard good things about user interface was good price tooNow Leaning toward Top Producer as some fellow colleagues have said good things about it, but its a little pricier @ around $40/month

Thus, I still expect to force appreciation another 10-20% in the next few years and cash flow much higher than San Diego.I learned all of this from reading Multifamily Millionaire by David Lindahl and religiously listening to Lifestyles Unlimited Inc. in Texas podcasts and attending their 2 day in Houston in spring of 2015.

So, to get to your question, no she's not entirely on board with the whole real estate thing, but she's seen how it has grown me, how I've become more organized, driven, a stronger leader, a better husband, a better father (from all of my self improvement journey, not just real estate...but real estate started it all).
