Quick tips don't max out on your first property make sure you can at least break even once leaving that property or be negative as little as possible.

I wanted to ask the community for any tips you might have on where to begin learning this business and possibly some guidance on what kind of work I could be seeking out as a student with no background in this industry.

Can anyone shed some light on ideal language to use in an ad to find off market deals.example:  Facing Foreclosure? Need to sell your home fast? Etc. your input is appreciated.

My tip would be to select any area that meets your investment needs.

That was back in 2012 and I still use a lot of his tips for getting private money lenders and wholesaling techniques.

One avenue I would take is reaching out to these brokers and invite them to coffee stating you are looking to get into and learn the business, and would love to learn how they got started.Thanks so much for the tips!
