I researched several ways at this time to try and move assets or mask the little amount of equity I had, problem being alot of lower income properties appear to be worth more then they are to a non real estate related person, and to the "ambulance chasing lawyers" that looked into me personally, it looks like I had ALOT more equity then I really have, and I personally feel if the info wasnt so easily found that these properties were owned by me they would of been ALOT less likely to come after me for anything, just my opinion.

Instead of having to disconnect the planks to replace the damaged piece, you can use a heat gun to peel up the single plank and glue a new one back down.

In my personal opinion I would say that paint prepping would include just scraping back peeling paint, filling in any minor holes in trim with some wood putty, priming the surface, and painting.
