I have talked about markets correcting for quite some time (actually began posting more in anticipation of a my fears of us spiraling into a depression like crisis).

I would also call the police department and find out any details they can share with you to alleviate fears (domestic thing?).  

This causes lower vacancies, higher rent values & the ability to increase rents more easily.Warren Buffet said it best “Be fearful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful.”To be a successful investor it is imperative to not make decisions based on emotion, but rather look at the numbers & trends to guide you to the most rational decision. 

Then each property is assigned a loan portion of the total amount.If you sell a property the loan portion for that property must be paid off, not all of the proceeds to the loan (which like you was my fear initially). 

I believe a lot of the fear is being caused by the media.

The fear was that you could see that market dry up before we could move them or finish rehabbing.

@Michael PreterotiI have one more thing to say as you can tell that all my business Decisions are based on faith from God i’m not on Facebook Twitter or any other site only bigger pockets I’ve enjoyed listening and reading from a bunch of investors through the years but your true character is not how well you’re doing good times but how will you do when it is difficult I have never stopped in these times looking for opportunity to purchase deals I hope that the investors on the site look back in a few months and see their character and apply that to your future deals and try to become a better person and live less in fear

My fear is that they know how to "work the system", and find a way to screw them over even more.

They may be fearful now that too many people will be getting evicted because they've been load off or whatever.
