If you had a choice to put a business on Dodd st, what would you like to see pop up?

We only have 2 hot tubs that are not part of a larger pool. 

They are a summer weight comforter and these are a bit thinner that those.Overall they are a larger size than your typical Walmart/Target comforter so they will hang nice on the bed and work great as a summer weight cover.

And, if so, how are you counseling clients given the choice?

A GOOD tenant has choices, you want to look at your value proposition to them.

For a beginner, do you think this sort of setup is like building a huge fortress against an army of ants, Or is this something the client might like to have some choice about as a beginner.

Disney World area in Florida is still viable in certain segments, larger bedroom counts with heavy theming still do really well.

We use Streamline which is a legacy provider but it is cumbersome and designed for larger scale PM operations (trust accounting, owner portals, etc etc).Just a few integrations we use: Lynx (locks), BookingPal (channel manager), EZCare (HK/Maint Ops), RevMax (Pricing) - There are more, thats off the top of my head. 

They actually wanted to leave early, because they needed a larger house with another newborn on the way.

The stars just don't line up to make choices perfect and easy.
