I think I might have answered my own question.I went the kw website and found it frustrating as a "client"Prudential site is very easy to navigate and don't feel I need to sell my soul to get info.Granted I myself never use their sites to find any of my properties....but Internet presence is crucial.also when I asked for CMAprudential's format was very easy to read, and KW wasn't.

Concentrate on securing a quality deal as experienced real estate investors are not going to be sold by a green 19 year old.

I concentrated on properties with high equity.

Sorry I couldnt give you dollar amounts but to accept estimates via people on an internet board isnt in your best interest anyways.

I also never do any of these with internet or guru documents without first seeing your attorney.

There is so much wealth of information on the internet and books people with the drive and motivation can teach themselves just about anything.

I got some free ones off of the internet but then again it was the internet..

They are based in California, but they are internet-based.

At least that way, when someone does an Internet search for him, they'll come across this thread, and perhaps it will save some other newbie the same frustration...
