Mailers To Owners Of Properties With Tax Deed Sales Coming up
Hello all:
I just decided to try a strategy to get a good buy on property. I just mailed out a couple dozen letters to owners of property being sold at tax deed auction. I concentrated on properties with high equity. So far, no calls. I spent about $10 or so, so there is not a lot of risk. The worst that could happen is ...no responses. Have any of you ever tried this approach?
Have a good day!
John
